| We chose Chris as our realtor based on great references we had heard from previous clients. We personally did not know Chris, but it did not take long for him to know us and exactly what we wanted in a new home. He was very patient with us in our search for the perfect home. Once we found what we were looking for, he immediately started working on the sale of our old house. He was very knowledgeable in knowing exactly what home repairs were needed in order to pass a home inspection and shared the information with us giving us plenty of time to have the repairs completed prior to receiving an offer. He marketed the house by advertising in local area newspapers as well as used the “Talking House”, which was very effective in sharing fun information about our house to interested parties passing by. We sold our house within 7 weeks during the winter months while at the same time found a perfect buyer – one with no house to sell; although, the offer was contingent based on the passing of the home inspection.
